4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are available for depositing money into joya11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Only a payment account registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits made through third parties are prohibited and funds will not be returned in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 gives a bonus of ৳5,000 and a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x).
• Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• joya11 may limit or exclude bonus wagering on certain games.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, joya11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, suspend the account, and forfeit any related winnings. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Other Promotions

6 VIP Program

The joya11 VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Based on regular gaming activity, members can gradually move up to higher VIP tiers. Cashback is calculated each week and credited to the account within a set timeframe. joya11 reserves the right to change or modify VIP benefits at any time.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Policy
